Current product scope

TraceShield currently provides private guardian case organization: case labels, notes, source context, and status tracking that you enter. It does not currently crawl the web, match images, identify people, remove content, contact websites, submit reports, or make external reports to law enforcement or any other organization.

TraceShield does not guarantee discovery, removal, reporting outcomes, legal outcomes, or action by any third party. It is not emergency support, legal advice, or a substitute for contacting the appropriate service when there is an immediate safety concern.

Information in your case

Your account information and the content you enter into a private case are used to provide the workspace. Please use only the information you believe is necessary for your own organization. Avoid adding highly sensitive details unless you are comfortable storing them in your account.

Your choices

You decide what to add to a case and what actions, if any, to take outside TraceShield. Do not use the workspace to make an emergency report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate child-safety organization directly.
